A portal to conduct a survey about the necessities in different areas using mobile application by the field workers based on certain predefined questions. It contained the following features.

• Dynamic loading of fields(questionnaire) along with its controlled as type of control and tabs , its values in the survey form along with the kind of validations to be performed in the mobile app
• Api integration to save data in the database of various surveys
• Data entry of order once fulfilled using the mobile app and re-survey post specific interval of time.
• One way synching of all the master table when a user logs into the application
